Roles and Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Work directly with US client stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Conduct workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit and document detailed requirements./li>
- Analyse and prioritize business requirements to align with project goals
2. User Story Creation & Documentation:
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a well-structured product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Ensure all documentation (BRDs, SRS, user flows, etc.) is up-to-date and accessible.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison between US clients and development teams (Web, Mobile, QA)..
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to ensure alignment.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and blockers.
4. Collaboration with Development Teams:
- Work closely with Web, Mobile, and QA teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure client expectations are met.
- Validate deliverables against business requirements before final handover.
5. Process Improvement & Agile Practices:
- Continuously refine Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) to enhance team efficiency.
- Identify gaps in requirements and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
