About the Support Lead Position:
We are on a massive growth path. The application that has been serving our business for many years which is built using .Net full stack is growing phenomenally. We follow Agile SCRUM methodology and use Azure DevOps for CI/CD. Recently we started moving to Microsoft Azure cloud.
In future, we intend to implement more cloud features, microservices, analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
Our support team ensures upkeep of the application through health checks, fixes, and enhancements. They work in an SLA-driven environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Support Lead who can

Work independently and/or with the team of support engineers to resolve issues quickly with quality
-
Work with the client and other stakeholders to understand the issues and report the status of issues periodically
-
Report support status through software metrics
-
Transition knowledge to the development team periodically
-
Track and ensure application health
-
Work as part of development team as per request by delivery manager
-
Review and refine deliverables
-
Find opportunities for improving the application (UI/UX, functionality, performance, security etc.) and implement the same
Skills:
Must-to-Have Skills:
-
Hands-on in .Net full stack development
(C#, ASP.Net, MVC 5, MS SQL, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery-UI, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, Swagger, Postman, JMeter, design patterns etc.)

Hands-on experience in Azure functions, Azure BLOB storage

Good communication skill
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in EdTech domain

Experience in other Azure cloud services like Azure SQL etc.
Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should have completed BE / BTech / MSc. / MCA Computer Science

7+ years of overall experience in IT industry

3-4 years as a support lead
