About the QA Technical Lead Position:

We are on a massive growth path. The application that has been serving our business for many years which is built using .Net full stack has grown phenomenally and hence needs improvement in terms of usability, performance, scalability, implementation of security and vulnerability best practices etc.

We follow Agile SCRUM methodology and use Azure DevOps for CI/CD. Recently we started moving to Microsoft Azure cloud.

In future, we intend to implement more cloud features, microservices, analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technical Lead

That would work closely with the client to understand the roadmap and proactively define the technology path
That can refine / re-architect application and help create new applications by following the industry best practices for software design.
Work with a team of leads to deliver technology solutions
That can architect applications for compliance / standards
Perform R&D and create proof-of-concept for new technology areas
That can develop new standards and guidelines
That can automate manual processes and define the approach for automation testing
That would work as a technical expert for preparing proposals and estimates for new project opportunities

Mandatory Skills:

Must-to-Have Skills:

Experience in architecting technology solutions on .Net (Front-end, back-end and middle-tier architecture and design)
Hands-on in .Net full stack development (Net, MVC, MS SQL, JSON, jQuery, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, Swagger, Postman, JMeter etc.)
Hands-on experience in Azure functions, Azure BLOB storage
Good communication skill

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in EdTech domain
Experience in other Azure cloud services like Azure SQL etc.
Experience in microservices

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have completed BE / BTech / MSc. / MCA Computer Science
8-9 years of overall experience in IT industry
2-3 years as a Technical Lead or as a Sr. Tech Lead having performed technical architecture work
Willingness and aptitude to learn and implement new technologies and tools

Chennai

Work timing:

11 AM – 8 PM. Flexibility to stretch if required.

Qualification :

BE / BTech / MSc. / MCA Computer Science
